PARENT ASSOCIATION: october meeting

The Prep's parent association meets on the third Wednesday of every month at 8:30 a.m. in the library. All parents and guardians are invited and encouraged to attend. A light breakfast, juice and coffee are always available starting at 8 a.m. Come meet fellow parents, hear from the Prep's administrators, and stay up to date about what's happening with your student.

STUDENT SPOTLIGHT: tavleen kochar

The Prep's Tavleen Kochar is rated as one of the county’s top golfers. Kochar’s academic and extracurricular accomplishments have also been exemplary, and she was named OC Varsity's girls scholar athlete of the week. She is currently taking AP English, AP Statistics, IB History of the Americas, Honors Bio-Physics, Organic Chemistry, Medical Terminology, and Digital Multi-Media. She is Vice President of the Treasure club, which helps with community service projects. Kochar also volunteers at the Mercy House in Fullerton. Her potential colleges include Stanford, UC Irvine, Santa Clara, or one of the Claremont Colleges, where she will major in Bio-Chemistry.

STUDENT ACTIVITIES: dance guest pass

Fairmont students are welcome to bring a non-Fairmont student to the Homecoming Dance. Each Prep or FIA student may bring one guest. Guests must be approved in advance by submitting a completed Guest Pass to Mrs. Wendy Faust no later than November 3. Click here to download the Guest Pass.
