In Mrs. Montenegro’s AP Psychology class, the students kept track of their dreams in their dream journal in order to interpret the meaning of them. While some dreams may be meaningless, others may be drawn from past experiences. The AP Psychology students created a journal with five dreams and analyzed them.
This project was a fun way to test theories from Sigmund Freud who wrote a book about dreams. Some students found it tricky to record their dreams because once they moved to write it down, they forgot what it was about. Nevertheless, this was an interesting assignment and was a challenge for the students to relate their dreams to some event that might have occurred in their daily life.
