ARTS: Spring Concert

First of all, I want to give big thanks to all the performers at the Spring Concert. Students enjoyed the performances and loved the music. Our orchestra performed “God Bless the USA” by Lee Greenwood, “Chorale No. 99” by J.S. Bach, “Spring” by Antonio Vivaldi, theme from the movie The Godfather by Nino Rota, and “Melody” in D major by Oscar Weiss. Their sound was beautiful, and the music was familiar enough to the crowd that students could easily enjoy them. The concert choir also performed at the spring concert, and got huge applauds from the students. Songs including “Let it Go” from Frozen were very popular with the students. Solos were amazing as well. Since there were many seniors in Concert choir, I hope they enjoyed their last performance, finishing strong!
